NOXIOUS WEEDS:
All Orcas Island residents are charged with eradicating or controlling certain noxious weeds on their property. Weeds that have been appearing in the Highlands include tansy ragwort, Scotch broom and common fennel. To download a copy of the 2009 San Juan County Noxious Weed List, Click here!
